[Molecularmechanics] MMTK with XML support

The just released MMTK version 2.5.5 finally has support for writing 
chemical systems in an XML format and for reading files in that same 
format back in. The format is the one I proposed to this list a while 
ago. I hope that the possibilty to actually play with XML in the 
context discussed on this list will generate renewed interest in this 
topic.
